About this Event

Irish Mummers with Puerto Rican Parranda.
Mark the beginning of the holiday season with the Puetro Rican annual tradition of mumming in harmony with traditional Irish music. The Kerry-born folk and folk-rock favorite Mary Courtney (leads the band Morning Star and has performed with Black 47) is joined by a few of the most talented Puerto Rican musicians in New York to give this tradition new life.
