PANEL: BUILDING AN INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY
Rotimi Odukoya
Clmbxr, founded by Rotimi Odukoya in 2019, is a vibrant climbing community dedicated to inclusivity. Officially kicking off in April 2019, Clmbxr enthusiastically supports black and underrepresented climbers. Partnering with major brands like Nike, Adidas, Samsung, and The North Face since 2021, they're making waves. With bi-weekly meetups, Clmbxr warmly welcomes beginners, spreading the joy of climbing while championing diversity.

Fiona Cuff
Fiona is committed to community, diversity, and legacy. With a rich corporate background, she fosters these values through her work. At Peloton International, she launched and co-led the Black at Peloton Employee Resource Group (ERG), promoting inclusion and visibility. At Digme, as a spin instructor, she runs a weekly RnB class, uniting people through music and fitness. Fiona brings extensive experience and insights into the power of community, creating a motivating environment for personal growth and well-being.

Louis Walcott
Louis is a professional and engaging personal trainer, yoga teacher and nutrition coach driven to bettering the lives of others through movement. At the age of 21, he discovered the transformative nature of exercise through exploring Martial Arts and Calisthenics, and after experiencing first-hand the benefits of movement on physical and mental wellbeing, he dedicated his career to supporting others in their fitness journey's. Additionally, through his programme 'Mandem on the Mat', Louis has facilitated a space for Black men to heal mind, body and spirit through immersive well-being experiences, community connection and self-development workshops.
Crossover is a new collective hosting a series of pilot workshops aimed at upskilling trainers and boutique fitness studios to effectively tackle barriers so more people from diverse communities can find an inclusive space to work out.
