A cross-border hackathon taking place in Lisbon and Madrid, where mobility experts, young professionals and students get together for a full weekend to foster innovation by sharing ideas, mentoring and hacking into solutions to the cities’ mobility challenges.

This event will mix talent from all backgrounds and tackle common mobility challenges between cities, as well as share best practices in both locations in order to build new ventures supported by local stakeholders.

Participants will work in teams of 5 to hack the challenges presented, coming up with ideas and pitching them to city authorities, sponsors and partners.

The best performing teams might be invited to develop a pilot with the city to test their innovation or explore potential partnerships with our corporate sponsors!

At the end of the hackathon, the jury (made of experts from the European Institute of Innovation & Technology, public organisations and corporates) will award the best-given solutions in a ceremony on June 27th.
