The purpose of CrossFit Foundations for Adaptive Athletes is to establish a strong foundation in functional fitness movements. This program aims to prepare athletes with intellectual or developmental disabilities to potentially participate in group classes alongside able-bodied athletes.
Classes are held every Saturday at two different times: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM and 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM.
This class is specifically designed for athletes with intellectual or developmental disabilities and is supported by the Down Syndrome Association for Families of Nebraska. If there are issues with payment, please contact [email protected].
