We're returning to the Sparta Celtic Fest, one of the best FREE festivals in Michigan! Performance time is subject to change.The Sparta Celtic Festival is a FREE, FAMILY FRIENDLY event focused on the expression of Celtic heritage. Located in Roger’s Park in Sparta Michigan, the festival offers music, food, and merchants with a Celtic focus.
The annual festival is always on the second Saturday in August, and features three stages filled with music and dancing. Highland Games, historical encampments, Scottish clans and more.
The Sparta Celtic Festival organization is a non-profit organization. We rely on the generosity of our sponsor partners and local civic organizations to help make each year's event a success. Make sure to check out our sponsors, and thank them for helping keep this a free family friendly festival.
Among the goals of the Sparta Celtic Festival, is that to benefit community organizations through partnerships, festival exposure, and the generosity of the community. In 2018, we were happy to present the Sparta Carnegie Library with a $500 check from festival proceeds.
