Jerk Lobster Ravioli with Lemongrass Butter Sauce: Delicate lobster-filled ravioli tossed in a fragrant lemongrass-infused butter sauce, garnished with toasted pine nuts and fresh basil

Jerk Shrimp Pad Thai: A fusion of Jamaican and Thai flavors, this dish features stir-fried shrimp, rice noodles, and a medley of colorful vegetables, all tossed in a tangy and spicy Pad Thai sauce

Jerk Sweet Potato Fries: Crispy sweet potato fries seasoned with Jamaican jerk spices, served with a zesty lime aioli for dipping

Coconut Jasmine Rice with Pineapple: Fragrant jasmine rice cooked in coconut milk and studded with chunks of caramelized pineapple, creating a tropical twist
