It's time to register for Croptoberfest! The best event of the Fall!
Friday, Nov 7- Sunday, Nov 9, 2025 Hilton Garden Inn, Auburn, NY
Friday 9am- Sunday 4 pm
3 days of Scrapping, fun, laughs, camaraderie, and ideas!
All 3 days for $140 Early Bird fee until 9/15. Early bird must be paid in full by 9/15. $160 after 9/15 and must be paid in full by 10/7/25.
$75 is due at registration. Payments can be made by cash, check or Pay Pal or Venmo, (Friends and Family only, NOT Goods & Services; any fees incurred will be charged to you.) Sorry no credit cards for registration.

Price includes: Cropping space Friday- Sunday, goodies at your seat, prizes, ideas, a fully stocked store, & several of our popular Technique Classes! Each scrapper will have 6' of table space. Free Wi-Fi. Super easy access to unload.
To register please click the link below and submit the Google Form ASAP. Seats are limited. We expect to sell out! Lunch & dinner are on your own. There is a restaurant on premises, & there are also restaurants nearby. A hot breakfast is included with your hotel room. Each guest room includes a refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig. Water will be available in the Scrapping Room.

Our special block rate for hotel rooms (Up to 4 people) is $141/ night (King) or $136(2 Queens). Includes hot breakfast. Free parking. Call 315-252-5511 and use our Group Code of 91J or our link, to obtain this rate. Hilton Honors points go to whoever books the room. You can also use our link, posted in the registration Google Form. Rooms must be reserved by 10/1/25 to secure our special room block prices.
