A perfect mix of music & story telling. James shares some fascinating true stories about our favourite crooners, as he segways into a celebration of their music, Artists include, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis, Tony Bennett, Mel Torme & Chet Baker.
A feast of wonderful music, most of which will be freshly arranged for the night.
Crooning may be the theme but there will be plenty of up-tempo, swing and Latin material included in the program.
The James Flynn Swing Orchestra is a brand-new ensemble and makes its debut at the Ellington tonight.
