With the launch of its tenth issue, Crooked is celebrating over a decade of deviance, depravity and reckless honesty through queer storytelling and fearless confession. On October 9, Crooked editor Jordan Coulombe will sit down with the Violet Hour’s Christopher DiRaddo to reflect on the fagazine’s evolution and its commitment to shameless self-expression. Come explore a display of the complete collection, including early out-of-print editions, and get a chance to pick up past issues. The newly released Crooked 10 will be available at a special one-time price of $10 (regularly $15).
Crooked Fagazine is a proudly grotesque literary zine for queer storytelling too filthy and too strange to be published anywhere else, capturing unfiltered lived and imagined experiences, wild nights, bad decisions, awkward connections and the raw humanity in between.
Packed with deranged erotics, bodily disasters and runaway disclosures, Crooked 10 brings together a wild range of contributors, including Craig Tretiak, Nate Lippens, Dexter Baxter, Bruce Benderson, Jonathan Mack, Luka Fisher, Michael McKeown Bondhus, Frosty Drew, David Christensen, DL Alvarez and Jordan Coulombe, with illustrations by Mikael Gravelle, Doug Melnyk and Cumpug.
Alongside Gender Trash From Hell, Crooked 10 is also the November pick for the Violet Hour Book Club, meeting on November 16 at 3 p.m. For more info:
