About this Event
Learn the Old World skill of Venoisserie! Your class includes two hours of hands-on training with Laura Lou herself! You’ll learn the recipes and skills behind laminated doughs and the elusive Kouign-Amann. You’ll make classic, chocolate, and almondine croissants while enjoying complimentary drinks and snacks. As a bonus, you’ll even get to take croissants home! Ready to be proofed and baked at your leisure, to impress any guests with your newly honed skills.
