Croissant Baking Class

Executive French Chef Camille Le Caër announces he will be teaching a Croissant baking class on Wednesday February 1, 2023 from 6:00-8:00pm at the Broadway Market, located at 999 Broadway St. in Buffalo, NY. ENTRANCE IS ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BUILDING next to the silver handicap ramp. Park along the street.

Tickets sell for $69 per person. Maximum tickets for sale: 16

What's on the program? Crafting croissant, laminate the dough & shape the croissants.

Croissant is NOT GLUTEN FREE

Patrons must purchase Baking class tickets by 11:59pm Tuesday, Januray 31, 2023.
