With life being busy the last thing I want to do is cook at the end of the day. This meal prep class has been a life saver. All you have to bring is large cooler. All the food and utensils needed for prep are provided. You will be prepping delicious crockpot/instant pot freezer meals in less than 2 hours to take home and stock your freezers!
