This beginner-friendly workshop teaches you the basics of crochet AND guides you through making your very first finished project: a simple handmade bookmark.
This is the easiest, most beginner-proof crochet project, perfect for first-timers, absolute beginners, and anyone who wants a fun, soothing creative activity.
No experience needed, we teach everything step-by-step.
What You’ll Learn
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
How to hold your hook & yarn
How to make a slipknot
How to chain (foundation of crochet!)
Single crochet (sc)
How to work in rows
How to keep your edges straight
How to fasten off & weave ends
How to add a tassel (optional + cute!)
By the end, you’ll leave with a finished bookmark you made yourself.
