If you’re looking for genuinely good things to do in Montreal, something social, not too loud, and actually easy to join, this is your night!
CROCHET AND GIN NIGHT! This Sip & Stitch: Gin Edition is a curated craft social at Café Artemisu hosted by the Montreal Crochet & Knit Club. Expect gin cocktails and mocktails, a cozy stitch-and-chat setup, fiber art bingo with prizes, a raffle, and an optional beginner-friendly crochet mini workshop where you leave with a full coaster set and a little basket!

After that, you’re welcome to keep ordering from the menu throughout the event!
Optional mini workshop: Crochet Coaster Set + Mini Basket (no experience needed)
If you’ve been wanting to learn crochet, this is the easiest way to start, simple, satisfying, and fully guided. In this 1.5-hour mini workshop, you’ll learn the basics while making something you’ll actually use at home: 4 matching coasters plus a small basket to store them (or gift them in).
Beginners are genuinely welcome! This is taught step-by-step with support the whole time.

- Kit Included workshop: we provide yarn + hook (and you keep your hook)

Newly opened Montreal art cafe, Café Artemisu is warm, intimate, art cafe, known for supporting community and creative forward experiences.
