The AgWorker Justice Conference brings together advocates and partners committed to advancing justice for agricultural workers. Grounded in celebration of our shared history, the conference uses past victories as a foundation for new growth, equipping participants with practical skills, strengthened partnerships, and renewed momentum to support farmworker communities.
Keynote and introductory sessions highlight the milestones and advocacy efforts that shaped the farmworker justice movement, while the core of the conference focuses on skill-building and activation. Sessions intentionally connect historical context with hands-on learning, turning lessons from past successes into tools participants can apply today.
