Calvin Carpenter, CPA, CA, is the Vice President of MNP’s Professional Services team. Working closely with medical and dental professionals, Calvin provides valuable advice to help clients reach their business and personal goals. Calvin’s experience in forecasting, tax planning and other key areas helps ensure his clients have a sound strategy for the future. He specializes in developing customized plans for clients interested in starting or purchasing their own practice.

Brandon Rosser, a business graduate of MacEwan University, joined Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton to fulfill an internship during his studies. In 2010 he joined the firm full time. Brandon specializes in retail brokerage services. He is diligently focused on exceeding his clients’ expectations and values trust as the key ingredient for these successes. Brandon has developed a wide network of relationships from local business owners to national retailers, developers and investors. He has facilitated hundreds of transactions, including retail leasing ranging from small CRU bays to large format 40,000+ square foot tenancies. Brandon has also concluded numerous investment sales ranging from urban land parcels less than 1 acre to longer term development sites over 200 acres. A large portion of Brandon’s business is dedicated to tenant representation, with significant focus on health-care leasing. His extensive market knowledge helps ensure his clients’ make the best possible decisions to achieve their objectives.
Outside of commercial real estate, Brandon is an avid tennis player. He also enjoys snowboarding, photography, travelling and learning about other cultures.

Topics include opening a practice, expansions, relocations, lease renewals and doctors looking to transition out of dentistry. Lee is originally from the UK has been consulting and advising healthcare professionals since the late 90’s with an emphasis on risk mitigation, wealth management, commercial real estate and wealth/estate protection.
