What is Critical Alignment Therapy (CAT)?It is a highly effective postural therapy system, which helps to work through habitual movement patterns that can bring upon stress, pain and injury. With the use of specialized props, slow movement and breath, the practice helps to increase mobility and strength, ultimately allowing the body to move in the way it is intended, intuitively and tension free.
In this series of classes, you'll learn techniques specifically tailored to relieve tension, improve posture, and enhance overall spinal health.
Benefits of attending this class include:
~ Achieve better posture and alignment for a strong foundation.
~ Experience increased flexibility and mobility to move with ease. ️
~ Say goodbye to back and neck pain with targeted exercises. ️
~ Strengthen your core for overall stability and support.
~ Cultivate a deeper mind-body connection through mindful practices. ️
This session will include both backbending and inverting using all the specialized tools of Critical Alignment. Jennifer will guide you through a practice that focuses on restoring the critical alignment of the spine.
You must have Critical Alignment experience on the 'soft props' (i.e., black spinal strip and felt pad roll).
