Join a cold-water challenge at Parliament Hill Icebreaker in 2026.
Whether you’ll be feeling the freeze for the first time, or regularly swim in winter, everyone is welcome to make a splash, to help end homelessness.
Make a splash into the new year and reap the health benefits with a chilly challenge to help end homelessness. Parliament Hill Lido welcomes Icebreaker in February 2026 to start the year with impact and swim a length of the unheated lido as a personal challenge or as a team of 4.
The session will start with a breathwork session, safety briefing and will be followed by hot drinks and prizes to win.
The Icy Dip
First time facing the freeze? Join us for an icy dip, whether you dip in and out or choose to swim a 60m length, you’ll be doing it with a community of Icebreakers braving the cold together.
Team Relay (4x30m)
Enter as a team of 4 or less and complete 4 x 30m lengths of the pool. This is a great option if you’re already part of a swim club and are acclimatised to cold water swimming.
