The Crime Free program is designed to help keep drugs and other illegal activity off of their property. October 5, 2022, 9 am -5 pm
About this Event

The purpose of this free class is to educate the owners and their residents to improve the quality of life in these neighborhoods through the reduction of crime.

Class is being held Wednesday, October 5 from 9 am-5 pm.


There are a number of benefits to owners which include:

10:10 -11:15 CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design)

11:20 - 12:00 Application Process

11:40 - 12:00 Working with Police / Expectations

***Lunch*** Lunch is NOT provided (light refreshments served throughout the day)

1:00 - 3:00 Serving Notices/Evictions/Fair Housing Laws - Crime Free Attorney

3:10 - 3:50 Combating Illegal Activity on properties

4:00 - 4:45 Working with Police / Expectations; Current Trends in Rentals - drugs, crime, etc.

4:45 - 5:00 Questions/Closing
