On Friday 4th of April we welcome rising Manchester born, Bristol based drum and bass star Kublai to Belfast, making his first appearance in Ireland for Crilli at USC.
Jamal Kublai is someone who has been going from strength to strength in the studio since the early 2020s. Tracks like “Trippin”, “Relax” and “Certified” have helped solidify his place in the modern UK scene, the latter appearing in all kinds of record boxes last year and is surely one of the biggest rollers of 2024 by our estimations.
CIA Records (Total Science), TNQ (Lenzman), Sofa Sound (DLR), Murkt (Villem), and Five Alley (Redeyes), these are just some of the labels and DJs who've released Kublai tracks and have been supporting his growth as an artist. The quality of labels he associates with speaks volumes in terms of where his music is heading.
We’ve been on a roll of classic acts appearing at Crilli HQ over the last six months; this time around we’re looking to the future. We're really excited to bring over one of dnb's best new blood and hear what's coming straight out of Bristol in 2025. Not to be missed!
