Cricut Maker Workshop: Making and Customizing Vinyl Adhesive Decals

Learn how vinyl sticker cutouts can be made using Port City Makerspace's Cricut Maker and Design Space Software!! You will also see how pieces are personalized by adding names!! At the start of the workshop, the demonstrator will provide pre-cut vinyl stickers and teach participants how to W**d pieces and transfer images to plastic cups. During the next part of the workshop, the instructor will demonstrate how to access Cricut's Design Space Software, select images, and personalize images by adding names. Finalized pieces will then be sent to the Cricut Maker to be cut.

Please note: Most images for this class will be Halloween-themed.

This class needs a minimum of three (3) attendees to run.

Instructor Bio: As an artist, Tricia works with multiple media types, including oils, acrylics, watercolors, and mixed media. My creative journey began with needle-art and textiles and expanded into painting and mixed media pieces. Since joining Port City Makerspace, she learned to use the Cricut Maker, laser cutter, and wood-cutting equipment, and she enjoys being a part of this talented and creative community.
