A crevice garden is a special type of rock garden that favors plants from rocky places such as mountains, deserts and steppe. The crevice garden is elevated into a rocky outcrop, and there are rules that provide structure, order, and beauty. Master Gardener Marianne Levine will share the steps in creating a unique and beautiful crevice garden and the plants that thrive in crevice gardens.
Presenter Marianne Levine is certified in Advanced Plant Propagation and in Trees and Tree Care, and is a Citizen Forester. She loves tropicals and grows orchids, succulents and cacti. A retired pediatrician, Marianne has been a Tarrant County Master Gardener since 2011.
