The Crestwood and Sunset Hills Police Departments are excited to announce the return of one of the areas most popular annual events, the Cops & Bobbers youth fishing program, a collaborative effort for the wellbeing of our community's children.This event is designed to provide an atmosphere of positivity in which police officers from both departments can help teach young people fishing skills. The Sunset Hills and Crestwood Police Departments host this fun, family friendly event as a way to provide a fantastic opportunity to interact while teaching the youth of our respective communities a valuable skill. The goal of Cops & Bobbers is to get kids hooked on fishing, a healthy activity, rather than drugs and crime. Our officers are greatly looking forward to meeting you, and taking part in this positive community experience.
Bring your own gear if you have it, but fishing equipment is available for loan, and bait will be provided if needed.
Kids – age 6 to 15
An event T-shirt is provided free of charge to participants registered by September 24, 2025.
