This is a ONE day event. THIS EVENT IS OUTDOORS AND INDOORS!

PLEASE NOTE THE OAKS MALL MAINTAIN A HIGH LEVEL OF STANDARDS. THERE IS A HIGH LEVEL OF STANDARDS VISUALLY AND PRODUCT WISE THAT ALL VENDORS MUST UPHOLD THROUGH OUT THE EVENT. ONLY IN THE CASE OF REJECTION NOTICES WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL FROM [email protected]. IN THE UNLIKELY CASE YOU ARE NOT APPROVED FOR THIS EVENT YOU WILL ISSUED A FULL REFUND WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR REJECTION NOTICE. IF YOU WERE NOT ACCEPTED FOR THIS EVENT YOU ARE STILL WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE IN OTHER EVENTS. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A REJECTION EMAIL YOU ARE ACCEPTED.

items Being sold by vendors MUST fit in one of the following categories: Art, Home decor, Handmade Jewelry, Handmade accessories, Succulents, Indoor plants, Bonsai, Original Design, Pre-Packaged Food and Snacks ONLY. Vendors must stay open for entire market hours. Partial day participation not available.

VENDER DETAILS

items Being sold by vendors MUST fit in one of the following categories: Art, Home decor, Handmade Jewelry, Handmade accessories, Succulents, Indoor plants, Bonsai, Pre-Packeged foods and Snacks, Original Design. MUST BE 100% handmade or design by vendors. NO religious or political organization will be allowed. All items MUST be family friendly. NO adult material or profanity is allowed. NO RESALE ITEMS OR DIRECT SALES ITEMS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE SOLD AT EVENT!

Event coordinator and staff reserves the right to inspect items being sold by vendors to verify they fit in one of the allowed vendor categories. If items being sold are believed to be inappropriate, or do not fit in one of the allowed categories the vendor will be asked to remove items or leave the even. If vendor is, ask to leave the event they will not be issued a refund.

Vendor will be assigned spaces upon arrival the day of event. Please arrive early to allow plenty of time to check in and set up. Only limit amount of jewelry vendor will be allowed.

Vendors are expected to keep their spaces clean through the event. All vendors are required to have a CA seller permit. If you are food vendors, please send us a copy of your permit. VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERMIT OR LICENSE THAT NECESSARY FOR THEIR BUSINESS.

No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by the coordinator.

Vendors are responsible for providing everything necessary for their set up. No display will be provided, all table must be cover table legs. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Vendor spaces is 8 feet wide by 5 feet deep. All your setup MUST fit within your space you have purchase. Due to The Mall clearance regulations NO DISPLAY OVER 5ft tall is allowed.

IF YOU PURCHASE $100 SPACE NO UMBRELLA WILL BE PROVIDED, VENDOR NOT ALLOWED TO BRING THEIR OWN UMBRELLA OR CANOPY.

Vendors are responsible to bring their own tablecloths, if you purchase space for inside black tablecloth is require.

LOAD IN INSTRUCTIONS

Vendor set up start from 7am to 9:45am. NO vendor that arrives after event start time will be allowed to set up! You are welcome to park next to the area to unload. All vendor vehicles must be moved after unloaded. DOLLY is recommended. NO TABLECLOTHS, EZ UP, ELECTRICITY WILL BE PROVIDED. Vendors are responsible to providing everything necessary for their set up. Spaces must be set up and ready to go 30 minutes prior to market start time. Vendors that not arrived by market start time risk losing their space.

BREAKING DOWN

Vendor will not be allowed to pack their spaces until end of event. By purchasing a space, you agree to stay until the end of event. Vendor that leaves early may not be considered for future events. Packing up early is disruptive to your fellow vendors and local businesses. It affects the event and sales of those around you. Please be considerate and do not pack until the end of the event.

VENDOR AGREEMENT

by purchasing a space, you agree to keep your space nice, clean and available to customers until the end of event. You are responsible to cleanup your space after event end. You are responsible for all sales transactions and resulting tax liability. Please have a copy of CA seller permit present with you. All vendors are responsible for running and operating their own business and federal laws. This event can’t guarantee either a certain number of sale or number of customers coming to the show. Participation in this event is at your own risk. Event coordinator is not responsible for acts of God and extreme Mother Nature. This is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued unless event is cancelled by coordinator.
