Creole Surf Riot brings together a festive evening of Louisiana inspired flavors and summertime energy in a setting only P6 can offer. Enjoy a curated selection of Gulf Coast and Southern inspired dishes while Louisiana Surf Department sets the soundtrack for the evening.

Behind the bar, the P6 team will be serving Creole inspired cocktail features and refreshing summer pours designed for warm July nights. Whether you're here for the music, the food, or one of Austin's best views of the fireworks, settle in for a Fourth of July celebration with a little Louisiana soul.

Guests can also enjoy a selection of the signature cocktails that have made P6 a favorite destination in Austin, from refreshing spritzes to thoughtfully crafted classics. • Creole Food Experience: Inspired by the flavors of Louisiana and the Gulf Coast, this year's culinary experience features a collection of interactive stations and passed bites celebrating Creole cuisine and Southern hospitality. Enjoy favorites such as freshly shucked Gulf oysters and blackened shrimp po' boy sliders alongside a variety of Southern-inspired offerings throughout the evening.
