Creighton University's 2024 Ross Horning Lecture

Timothy Egan's talk will take place in the Hixson-Lied Auditorium in the Harper Center on Creighton University's campus. Doors will open at 7:00 p.m. and the lecture will begin at 7:30 p.m. Egan says about the title of his talk, "It's a quote from Harry Truman and goes to my talk on how the Ku Klux Klan nearly took over America a hundred years ago this year, based on my book, A FEVER IN THE HEARTLAND. I will talk about the eerie parallels from that not-so-distant past and some lessons on how we can avoid this."
