This October is our Creek Road cleanup!! ☀️🍂🍁 We will be covering about a 2 mile stretch of road beside Fishing Creek and Little Fishing Creek. We’ll begin on the Fernville side at 11am and finish at the turnaround at the end of Creek Road.
At the end rides will be available back to your vehicle in Fernville. We’ll also have trucks moving up and down Creek Road throughout the cleanup so if you need to head out early, you can hop on in!
This is a cleanup we do every spring and fall, and Creek Road always has plenty waiting for us..usually dumped trash over the banks, mostly tires. 🛞 😩
Dress in layers it might be chilly to start but you’ll warm up moving around. Boots or sturdy shoes are best and neon vests will be provided for safety.
This is always an important stretch to care for!
