All levels welcome :)
Please bring a mat, and towel, and water bottle
Taproom opens to yogis at 10am and class begins at 10:30am
60 minute Vinyasa Style Flow class focusing on syncing breath to movement
Followed by some exclusive time at the bar before we open to the public at noon
We'll have fresh juices, beermosas and our full menus at your disposal!
