Creativity as Self- Care: Art Therapy Workshops for Women

Heart Works Therapy will be hosting an 8 week series of self-care art therapy workshops for women this Summer 2023. These weekly workshops will focus on different aspects of self-care through the use of creative expression. Particpants will have the opportunity to connect with other women and explore common issues and stressors in a safe and supportive space. Each week will focus on a different component of self-care and therapeutic art directive using a variety of art media and processes. Topics will include:

Stress Management and Coping Tools

Communication and Cultivating Relationships

Gratitude

Self-Identity and Confidence

Empowerment
