Meet the Speakers
Prisca Milliance – CEO, The Digital Fashion Institute
An innovative leader at the intersection of fashion design and technology, Prisca blends emerging tech with contemporary pedagogy. She holds an MS in Fashion Design from Drexel University and has over 10 years of experience in academia and the fashion industry. After serving as lead professor at Miami Dade College’s Fashion Institute, she launched The Digital Fashion Institute in 2023 to build a community in the web3 space focused on art and education. Beyond her academic pursuits, Prisca mentors emerging designers, collaborates with fashion brands on 3D strategies, and leads workshops on the latest trends in fashion tech.
Chef Natasha Burton – Owner at Mixed Fillings Pie Shop
A classically trained chef from Le Cordon Bleu, Natasha has built a notable career as a private chef for celebrities, professional athletes, actors, and busy families. Her affinity for handcrafted, quality cuisine led her from Dallas to Jacksonville, where she founded Mixed Fillings Pie Shop in Riverside. As an entrepreneur, Natasha’s mission is to share her passion for homemade flavors and culinary craftsmanship, while inspiring others to explore the art—and business—of baking.
Teresa Cook – Abstract Architectural Watercoler Artist & Owner at Teresa Cook Art
Born and raised in Jacksonville, Teresa is known for her striking abstract architectural watercolor pieces. She earned a BFA from the University of North Florida in 2012 and has spent the past decade exploring both local and international landscapes, capturing their essence on Yupo paper. Recent highlights include her participation in the 2019 Urban Sketchers Symposium in Amsterdam and a residency in Puerto Rico in 2021. Alongside her thriving art practice—currently on display in the “Women’s Rights Movement” exhibit at the Cummer Museum—Teresa teaches art workshops in Jacksonville, inspiring others to experiment with watercolor and ink painting.
Felicia Bass – Photographer & Owner at
With a diverse background in operations management for creative projects, Felicia knows how to bring visions to life. She began her career at the National Institutes of Health, handling government technologies, then moved to New York City to manage artists in the entertainment industry. Felicia views logistical coordination as a creative outlet, and her unique skill set fuels her passion for developing projects from concept to completion.
