CreativiTEA - Gratitude Time Capsule Workshop
About this Event
Create a new holiday tradition where you explore what went well in 2026, what you are thankful for, what you hope for yourself and loved ones, and what you wish to leave behind.
In this workshop, we will be using brightly coloured tissue paper to turn a mason jar into a time capsule of gratitude, goals, challenges and triumphs for many years to come.
This is a great workshop to share with a loved one as you build a new holiday tradition together.
What is a CreativiTEA?
CreativiTEA is an in-person workshop series for grown-ups that combines fun, insightful art-making activities with community-building through creativity.
Each two-hour CreativiTEA session includes:
- A guided creative activity with all art supplies provided. In this workshop, we will be using small mason jars, Modge Podge, scissors, paper and tissue paper*
- Socializing and discussion with tea and delicious goodies—also provided
(*note: while we will be providing supplies, if participants would like to bring paper materials that feel personally relevant, such as old copies of favourite magazines to cut up, they are more than welcome to do so.)
What you don’t need to bring to CreativiTEA?
Any concerns about your perceived “artistic ability” or level of “talent”! The workshops are intended for anyone who wants to explore art-making and dive headfirst into the world of creativity.
New Fall/Winter season pass option!
You can now purchase each workshop individually, or sign up for all four upcoming workshops for $100. The four-workshop pass will only be on sale until September 26th.
