Creativi-Tea • Tea Ceremony and a Chabu Dyeing Workshop

Join us a for a Tea ceremony followed by a botanical dye workshop where we will dye a Chabu for your personal Tea practice.
About this Event

In celebration of Tea + color, Top Hat Supply for Journeys invites you to explore stillness, connection and communion with the creative spirit through Tea ceremony and the leaf as a botanical dye.

We'll begin with a Tea ceremony followed by a guided workshop to botanically dye our own chabu (a Tea cloth/runner) for the Tea table.

All materials provided. Please dress comfortably. No experience necessary with Tea or botanical dyeing neccessary.

The chabu will be ready to bring home that day.

Water bottles + snacks welcome.

Please arrive at 8:50AM to get comfortable. The Tea ceremony will begin promptly at 9:00AM. To maintain the integrity of the experience, we ask that all technology be silenced and that there be no talking during the listening portion of the event. Please no fragrance.
