CreativeZen Talks Presents Annie Gordon (March 2026)

Annie Gordon is a Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Licensed Acupuncturist, Integrative Medicine Practitioner, Certified Yoga Teacher, Restorative Yoga Instructor, Applied Improvisation Facilitator, and Holistic Health Educator.

With more than 17 years in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Annie has dedicated her career to helping others understand and strengthen the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Her professional path is deeply personal. Living with Multiple Sclerosis and Clinical Depression led her to seek a deeper understanding of human biology, healing, and resilience.

Through years of study and lived experience, Annie discovered that healing is not only clinical. It is energetic, emotional, and deeply human.

By weaving together acupuncture, herbal medicine, restorative yoga, and the power of improvisation, she integrates humor and presence into her healthcare practice. She believes laughter is not a distraction from healing, but an essential ingredient in it.

Her work is grounded in science, shaped by philosophy, and elevated by joy. Through her acupuncture clinic, yoga classes, and interactive workshops, Annie empowers others to move beyond survival and into vitality.

At CreativeZen Talks, Annie will share how ancient wisdom, modern resilience, and the courage to embrace uncertainty can transform the way we experience health and possibility.

📍 The talk will be located inside There is ample free parking available, once you enter through the main entrance at the center of the complex (where there is a roundabout parking overhang with the DCOTA letters above it) you will walk towards the conceirge desk and make a left, once the hallway opens up to the atrium you will make a left and the space will be on your lefthand side)

Doors open on Friday 3/13/2026 at 8:30AM for community connection time and coffee. Talk begins promptly at 9:00AM.

CreativeZen was born out of a desire for Choose954 to connect, engage, and inspire our local creative community with support from Zero Empty Spaces & The UniteUs Group. We open the doors 30 minutes before the talk starts to mix, meet, and mingle with fellow likeminded members of our community.

Every Creative Zen event includes a complimentary guided meditation before a short inspiring and thought provoking talk during the second Friday morning of the month. All Creative Zen events are free of charge and open to the community, being creative is not required!
