Here is the creative writing class you've been dreaming of, one that gives you solid direction yet provides free form pathways that will get you to this destination: a working draft on any topic for any purpose - a memoir entry, a poem, a personal essay - and/or a publishable work.
As with all of Donna's workshops, this class takes a no intimidation, non-competitive approach to fostering a writer’s development. The workshop leader is guided by many of the precepts in Writing Alone and With Others by Pat Schneider, founder and longtime director of Amherst Writers & Artists. Two of Schneider’s “Five Essential Affirmations” are “Writing as an art form belongs to all people, regardless of economic class or educational level” and “Everyone has a strong, unique voice.” Come discover yours!
