Creative Writing for Ages 16+ ✍️
Have you ever wanted to write a short story but didn’t know where to begin? Or maybe you’ve started one and aren’t sure how to bring it to life? This 4-week creative writing class is designed to guide you through the fundamentals and building blocks of storytelling in a welcoming, encouraging space.
Together, you’ll explore the basics of creative writing and work step-by-step toward creating your own short story. Whether you’re brand new or returning to writing after time away, this class will help you grow your skills and confidence.
This class is taught by Michelle, who also leads our kids creative writing classes and has experience with published ghostwriting (her secret’s safe with us 🤫). One homeschool parent shared: “My child loves her class, looks forward to it every week, and has started writing for fun at home!” Her supportive teaching style makes writing feel approachable and fun.
Class details:
📅 Tuesdays: March 10, 17, 24, and 31
🕕 Time: 6–8 PM

💲 Cost: $40 total for all four weeks
