Creative Wellness Workshop 🎨

Join us for another creative wellness workshop! Bring what you’d like, or work on something in the studio with the materials Sarah will be providing. This is a mindful workshop of creative individuality and self guided, although Sarah will be happy to answer any questions you may have throughout. Sarah will be leading the class in a meditation to start the class, followed by arts and crafts, snacks, and winding down by sharing! Register today.
