NAMI Hawaii is hosting 3 free workshops this summer that will explore how creativity can strengthen mental health and wellness.

We would love for you to join us for our second session.
This painting workshop invites you to explore your healing journey. Through a series of guided prompts, you’ll use texture, color, and a shared creative space to uncover your own story of resilience. You’ll leave with a finished piece and a creative framework you can return to on your own.

Led by Laurel Pikcunas, an artist and mental health advocate, this workshop is designed for anyone seeking a deeper sense of wholeness.
