Creative Wellness Wednesday

Join registered Art Therapist Pierra D. B. for a unique experince called Creative Wellness Wednesday.

It is a 2 hr long Art Therapy group that happens every last Wednesday of the month. The creative group was designed as a safe space for participants to rest, relax, and release all the stressors from the month.

The group takes on an open studio approach to Art Therapy where attendees are welcomed and encouraged to socialize and explore a wide range of art materials at their own pace.

No art experience needed just come ready explore and create while improving your mental health.
