Creative Wellbeing Workshop: You're Invited "The Disco Edition"

“You’re invited” is part of a self love project. This immersive, fun and joyous workshop aims to ignite your creative juices! Using laughter, love and lived experience our aim is to bring people together to celebrate how utterly unique, amazing and wonderful we all are! A place to be bold, be extra, be bright to Be You! Inspired by the book; That's Bold of You- Case Kenny.

An inspiring supportive space exploring 'arts for health' techniques to promote positive mental wellbeing.

• Hot Stuff- building confidence through collage
• Heart of Glass-decoupage mirror decoration
• Born to be Alive -crafting your own living eulogy (fan mail)

• Celebration station- I feel love! Affirmations, manifestations and visualisations
• Dancing Queen- Run way struts
• We Are Family- opportunity to 'speed mate'
• Le Freak- get your freak on with our dress for YOU station
• Dancing Queen(s)- finishing with a banger to leave energised
• Last Dance- because you won't want to leave.

Workshop finishes at 9pm but the Disco Inferno continues for those who don't want to leave. Don't blame us... Blame It on the Boogie!

You're Invited aims to create a safe and fully inclusive event including being sober and sober curious friendly! You do you! Please reach out about any accessibility questions or needs directly. The workshop is thoughtfully designed to create a safe and nurturing space.

The workshop celebrates joy, life and most importantly you! Loneliness doesn't have to be an epidemic! Come with a friend or come alone this is a space that invites you to make new friends too.
