Summer is such a special time to (re)set our vision! Everything is bursting into life around us, giving us fresh enthusiasm for the year...� Join us for a relaxing Wellbeing Workshop to unwind and re(set) your vision this summer.
� You will be greeted with a little wellbeing pack; including a herbal tea bag, sweet treats and mini perfume bottle.
� A gifted wellbeing poster / piece of artwork is also included in your ticket!
� For those who are comfortable, the first 15 minutes will be a welcome and guided meditation into the space.
� If you would prefer to just join for the creative activities - that's absolutely fine, we'll see you at 7.15pm. This is your time!
� A notebook, paper, stationery, images and magazines will all be provided for the vision board - but if you wish to bring anything of your own, you are welcome to do so.
� The host will guide you through the session with lots of prompts, but you are free to take whatever you need from the session.
� Absolutely no prior experience is needed! Whether this is your first time vision boarding, or it's something you've enjoyed in the past - we'll tailor the event around you.
� There will also be lots of mindful colouring sheets and books provided. These can be used as part of your vision board if you would like to; or they can be enjoyed seperately to relax and unwind.
� This event is hosted in Reserve Wine's beautiful dining room - a cosy and intimate space in a soundproofed room that creates total privacy. They have an incredible library of wine (and other drinks!) but also have lots on offer for anyone who would prefer a non-alcholic option.
