Creative Wellbeing Space: Rest & Me

✨ What happens when I stop trying?
💁 A guided creative workshop at Multicultural Center Brusinka focused on slowing down, nervous system awareness and gentle presence.
There is a difference between rest and stopping. Rest is not something we achieve or perform.
It is what becomes possible when we are no longer holding ourselves in constant effort.
💡 In everyday life, we often move between tension, responsibility and adaptation — without noticing how much energy it takes to simply be.
In this workshop, we slow down and explore what rest actually feels like in the body, attention, and presence.
Together, we will create space to:
🌿 slow down and arrive in the present moment
✨ notice different qualities of rest, tension and effort
🧘 explore rest as a physical and emotional experience
💭 observe what changes when nothing needs to be fixed or improved
🤍 rest in guided stillness and gentle embodied awareness
The practice will include soft movement, stillness, and simple guided awareness exercises. After that a journaling part with creative input is invited.
No artistic experience is needed. 🤍 Sharing is always optional.
