Play contacts the subconscious by allowing us to go outside of our ordinary selves. Imagination and play are the core of creative art.
Each person takes home their work from the class, but the really valuable thing they take home is the expanded sense of possibility garnered from the experience of exercising their imaginations
What You Will Learn:
• Methods of overcoming creative blocks
• How to make "the process" the first focus and the "finished product" the second focus as a way of growing their confidence levels
• Techniques to enhance individual expression and personal creative vision
• Explore self-editing, stylizing, expression when working from memory or imagination
Who Should Participate:
The participants need no drawing skills beyond those of a child. However, because of the images that may come out, participants should be at least 18 years old
Maximum 10 participants
Cost: $35 per person
