A highly practical course which delves deeper into understanding, experiencing, embodying and teaching philosophy and the subtle energies within a yoga setting. During this course you will explore how to bring themes to life for your students whether in a weekly class, a longer workshop or how to plan the journey of a longer retreat. You will learn how to theme around the Chakras, Elements, Seasons, Koshas and other Yogic Philosophy. Whilst this is a course for teachers, you can also take it as a personal exploration and retreat.
