CREATIVE SUPPORT CIRCLE
A Psychology & Personal Growth Workshop for Artists, Performers and Creatives
Being creative can be exciting, meaningful and deeply fulfilling.
It can also be isolating.
Many artists, performers, freelancers and creative professionals experience self-doubt, burnout, creative blocks, performance anxiety, uncertainty and the pressure of constantly creating while trying to build a sustainable life.
Creative Support Circle is a supportive space where creatives can explore these challenges together in a respectful and confidential environment.
This introductory workshop is designed for people who create, perform, teach, write, build projects or simply want to reconnect with their creativity and personal growth.
Through guided discussion, reflection and practical psychological tools, participants will have the opportunity to better understand themselves, connect with others facing similar challenges and develop healthier ways of navigating the creative journey.

Begüm Karausta, MA Clinical Psychologist
Begüm Karausta is a Clinical Psychologist based in Warsaw with experience supporting both international and Polish clients.
Alongside her private practice, she works with employees of major organizations across Poland, helping people navigate life transitions, workplace challenges, relationships, emotional well-being and personal development.
Her approach combines professional psychological knowledge with practical tools that participants can apply in everyday life.
