Welcome to Creative Summer Sessions for TeensThis 4-week summer workshop series is designed for teens looking for a safe, supportive space to build confidence, express themselves, and explore emotions through art. Led by a qualified art therapist, each session focuses on emotional wellbeing and anxiety support, using creative activities to help you better understand yourself, develop healthy coping tools, and connect with others who get it.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just want to build resilience and self-esteem—this is a space to explore, reflect, and grow through creativity.
Small group (max 4 per session)
