Creative Sparks Camp
About this Event
What does it take to make something meaningful? In Creative Sparks Camp, kids ages 6–9 will explore the creative process over 5 days, discovering what it means to have an idea, develop it, and share it.
Through music, art, movement, and storytelling, students will build creative confidence and complete a project that they can feel proud of.
Each day includes:
• Songs and movement
• Art instruction
• Creative flow session while listening to a story
• Reflective discussion and final rehearsal
• Musical sharing during parent pickup at 4:45 pm
No musical or artistic experience required — just curiosity and a willingness to create.
There will be a piano present, but no other instruments are provided. Students are invited to bring instruments they are learning to play.

📅 Monday–Friday, July 6–10
🕐 1:00–5:00 pm with performance for parents at pickup 4:45 daily
📍 Vineyard Community Church, Overland Park
👥 Ages 6-9 · Max 12 students · Minimum enrollment 8
Led by music teacher Kimmi Fodor and art teacher Emily Light.
