Creative Space

I’m starting a new weekly group called CREATIVE SPACE at Cornerstone Community Centre in Hove - the sessions will be in the loft room which is such a great space �
It’s a relaxed, welcoming creative session for adults who’d like to make more time for creativity, whether they’re experienced artists or complete beginners.
Each week I provide creative prompts, materials and encouragement, alongside plenty of freedom for people to explore their own ideas.
There’s no pressure to be “good” at art - it’s about creativity, wellbeing, self-expression and enjoying the process.
As many of you know, I’ve spent several years facilitating creative groups and workshops, including a lot of experience supporting neurodivergent adults.
Creative Space brings together so much of what I love about helping people discover confidence, connection and creativity.
