About this Event
Creative Sound, Loops, and Recording Madness with Joe Kye
Led by local musician Joe Kye, this fun event focuses on learning how to use a loop pedal: a musical device that allows you to record, playback, and layer multiple sounds. Participants will be encouraged to think creatively about sounds in their world:
- What does home sound like?
- What does sadness sound like?
- What does joy sound like?
Participants will work in small groups to perform, record, and share sounds with each other. We'll also write and record a song together as a group.
