over 25 years and has a passion for assisting individuals in creating harmony between their awareness and their actions so they can live high-performance lives of unapologetic authenticity and joy.

WEDNESDAYS, JULY 10, 17, & 24, 7:00-8:30 pm come to one or all three/ $15 per session or $35 for all three if paid at the first one. Payable at the door.
