Creative Resilience: The Block is Brief
About this Event
Join AIGA Cleveland for an evening with New York Times bestselling author-illustrator and Creative Pep Talk creator Andy J. Pizza.
Through a guest speaker-style talk, Andy will explore creative resilience and the parallels between storytelling, the creative process, and the way we navigate life. Drawing from his experience as an illustrator, author, podcaster, and creative thinker, Andy will share how studying the mechanics of storytelling has shaped not only the work he creates, but also his perspective on creativity, uncertainty, setbacks, and moving forward.
The evening will also celebrate Andy’s newest book, Mysterious Things, created with Sophie Miller and published by Chronicle Books. Each registered attendee will receive a free copy of the book as part of the event.
